Medical professionals looking for changeover to non-clinical jobs ask themselves the few questions: “How am I going to put back my current income?” This is the wrong question to ask; for the majority of medical practitioners, the most correct question to ask is “How much money is am I losing by persisting in clinical medicine.” By nearly any metric such as: training, work hours, stress, talent, value of service and etc many clinical practitioners are grossly underpaid in India.
Many experienced medical professionals also confront the frustrating stage by or through which their income is level and even turning down. Medical professionals in non-clinical segment usually gain far more in the short and long terms than those medical professionals who are in clinical medicine. In addition, it is much easier to leverage oneself in non-clinical jobs than a clinical environment where your earnings limited by how many procedures performed or how many patients can be got up into a day. Eventually, unlike clinical medicine, the sky is in truth the limit in terms of the gaining potential of a medical practitioner.
